Joining the community mailing list
allows you to receive automated community
information on a frequency you control.
Automated e-mails are sent to community members that have joined the
mailing list. An automated process scans the community database round-the-clock
and prepares outgoing e-mails. E-mails contain information about events, important
notices, coupons, specials, business news and other community information. E-mails
are sent nightly during off-peak hours to e-mail community members that have
elected to receive them.
To join the community list
enter your e-mail address in the "join the mailing list" box below. You will need to
confirm your e-mail address by clicking a link in an e-mail the system sends to you.
A confirmation process is in place to protect your privacy and prevent others from entering
e-mail addresses not belonging to them.
After you confirm your e-mail address
you will begin to receive automated e-mails from the system. The frequency in which you
receive information is controlled by you. To change the frequency
of automated e-mails click the "e-mail preferences" link at the bottom of any system
generated e-mail you receive then follow the onscreen instructions.
What information will I receive?
Automated outgoing e-mails are designed to contain current information appropriate for the
general public. The information included in the e-mails is pulled from Project Pages, Project
Pages are created by community members like you.
